Join Us On Big Country Good Neighbor Day
Saturday September 28, 2024 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. – Noon
Assist in sorting and packaging foodstuffs to benefit others in our community who are in need of nutritious meals
Begins at 8:00 a.m.
Help with odd jobs around the facilities while learning about their outreach to the out-of-town families whose members are currently hospitalized locally
Volunteer and learn about
local wildlife and those who, daily, are caring for displaced or injured animals
Begins at 9:00 a.m.
Ray’s Reptile Rescue has partnered with Big Country Wildlife Rehab Center to educate the public on native reptile species and give refuge to any and all reptiles
Assist other volunteers in building beds for foster children
NOTE: ONLY 10 VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED. FIRST 10 TO REGISTER WILL BE NOTIFIED.
VOLUNTEERS MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS AND ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT.
Assist with various jobs that may include framing, painting or just general construction
